Attention TC Athletes!
Summer is quickly approaching and many of the sports have workouts scheduled for the summer. Please be advised: that all TC Student Athletes that are participating in the workouts this summer MUST have the following paperwork completed in addition to the pre-participation physical and turned in prior to participation. Click on the links below to download the following forms. Please be sure to turn these completed forms into your respective coach or the athletic training staff.
